How to use

1. Cleanse your face and apply a few drops of facial oil or serum.
2. Hold the gua sha almost flat against the skin and glide it gently outwards and upwards along the neck, jawline and cheeks.
3. Use very light pressure around the eyes and forehead. Three to five minutes is all you need.

Avoid broken or irritated skin, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
