South Africa Shipping Times
Belenci is an international company that ships to customers in many countries, including South Africa. We work with trusted global fulfillment partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of every order.
Expedited Shipping: 6–12 business days after processing
Standard Shipping: 12–20 business days after processing
Priority Shipping: Skip the line and have your order shipped out first.
All orders require 2–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment. Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order ships and may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, seasonal demand, customs processing, and courier performance.
Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and email address provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Couriers require a valid phone number for delivery, and failure to provide one may lead to delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
We are only able to update shipping details or make changes to an order within 3 hours of purchase or before the order has shipped.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided — including phone number, shipping address, or email — Belenci cannot be held responsible for delivery issues, delays, or packages that do not arrive as expected.
Once a parcel has been shipped, we are unable to intervene with local delivery agents. If we notify you by email about an issue with your delivery (e.g., failed delivery attempt, incorrect address, or parcel delay), it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local courier directly to resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes once the package reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customs processing times vary by country and may affect delivery windows. Unfortunately, we cannot influence or expedite this process.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, certain factors are beyond our control. Delays may occur due to:
